Change Management

What is Change Management?

Change management is the structured approach to transitioning individuals, teams, and organisations from a current state to a desired future state. It encompasses the tools, processes, and techniques used to manage the people side of change to achieve business outcomes. HR plays a central role in change management through communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training, resistance management, and reinforcement of new behaviours. Established frameworks such as Kotter’s 8-Step Process, ADKAR, and Lewin’s Change Model provide structured methodologies for leading organisational change effectively.
